Emergency Spill Response
Emergency spill response services are a critical component of ecological consulting, aimed at minimizing environmental damage caused by accidental releases of hazardous substances. The goal is to contain and clean up a spill quickly to prevent contamination of soil, water bodies, and sensitive habitats while ensuring compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations.
Eco-Web personnel and their key alliances have responded to and managed a large number of spills from land-based small scope spills to major spills into aquatic environments.
Eco-Web’s professionals are prepared to rapidly and effectively respond to a variety of spills from pipeline breaks, to tank/storage failures, to HDD frac outs and truck rollovers.
We can provide containment and recovery plans as well as logistical and management support on emergency spill responses.
Eco-Web typically offers this service to our core clients or as support to our spill response partners. We can also provide personnel to conduct soil and water quality sampling and to delineate the impacted area. Remediation and restoration recommendations can also be provided.
Eco-Web provides expert emergency spill response along with remediation and restoration services in northeastern British Columbia and northwestern Alberta.
