The Intermediate Biologist/Project Manager role involves:
- Technical Reporting
- Mitigation Planning & Fieldwork
- Long hours in the field
- Working in difficult conditions/inclement weather
Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- 5-10 years experience in a similar role
- BSc or MSc in Biology or equivalent qualifications & experience
- Registered Professional Biologist designation is required
- Wildlife mitigation planning
- Wildlife assessments
- Fish/stream surveys
- Hydrometric surveys
- Breeding bird surveys
- Nest migration/monitoring
- Wildlife research
- Environmental monitoring
- Project management background is essential
